By that we mean how well are you looking after the foundation of your engine (mind and body), which are sleep, hydration & nutrition, exercise & movement and how well you are looking after your mental health basics. We call these four the ‘foundational accelerators’. We can have all the knowledge, tips, and tricks at our disposal to grow in our chosen self-help area, whether that be self-confidence, career development, motivation, communication, organization, the list truly is endless.
